The method in one sentence.
Acoustic resonance analysis makes inner material properties audible. Cracks, microstructure flaws, mix-ups, sintering grade or hardness distribution measurably alter the natural vibration behavior – and become non-destructively detectable. RTE has used this method for 20+ years in production.

How does it work?
The part is briefly and reproducibly excited – e.g. by a hammer impulse or loudspeaker. The response is captured by microphone or accelerometer. SonicTC.AT computes the frequency spectrum, identifies natural frequencies and compares them to a reference master or ML classifier.
