3. Processed data and purposes
3.1 Server log files
When accessing our website, the web server processes the following data anonymously: shortened IP address, date/time, accessed URL, referrer, browser/operating system. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Retention: 7 days.
3.2 Contact and demo forms
Submitted data (name, company, email, phone, message) are used solely to process your request. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) or consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
3.3 Web analytics (Plausible)
We use self-hosted Plausible Analytics. Plausible does not collect personal data, does not use cookies and does not fingerprint devices. Evaluation is anonymized and aggregated. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
3.4 Newsletter and whitepaper downloads
For whitepaper downloads or newsletter sign-ups we store name, company and email. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Sending happens via Brevo (France/EU). You can withdraw consent at any time.
3.5 Job applications
Applicant data are used solely to handle the application (Art. 88 GDPR in conjunction with § 26 BDSG). Retention: 6 months after process completion, unless you consent to longer retention.
4. Recipients / processors
We use processors only based on data processing agreements per Art. 28 GDPR. Hosting is in Germany. For recipients in third countries we ensure appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).
5. Cookies
We use only technically necessary cookies (e.g. for language setting). No tracking cookies are used. No consent is required – we deliberately omit a cookie banner.
6. Data subject rights
You have the right to information (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR) as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (State Commissioner for Data Protection Baden-Württemberg).
