Electronics Developer / Embedded (m/f/d)
You design the measurement and test hardware that powers our SonicTC platform – from sensor front end to FPGA board.
Your role.
Hardware that survives three-shift production.
You own the circuit and hardware engineering of our measurement and test technology: analog front ends, amplifiers, ADCs, FPGA boards and IPC interfaces. Your designs run worldwide in over 180 inline systems – around the clock.
You collaborate closely with software, application and mechanical design. From schematic to robust series design – with our own electronics lab and workshop on site.
What you'll do.
- Design analog and mixed-signal chains (microphones, accelerometers, vibrometers)
- FPGA development (VHDL/Verilog) for signal preprocessing and real-time triggering
- Embedded firmware (C/C++) for measurement and control hardware
- Integration with PLC, IPC and fieldbuses (PROFINET, EtherCAT, OPC UA)
- Commissioning and EMC hardening together with the application team
- Accompany hardware from prototype to series delivery
What you bring.
- Degree in electrical / information technology engineering, mechatronics or similar
- Solid knowledge of analog/digital design, signal integrity, EMC
- Experience with FPGA (VHDL/Verilog) and/or embedded C/C++
- Confident with measurement equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer)
- Ideally experience with Altium / KiCad and industrial sensors
- Good German and English skills
